By accessing or using D2C CRO ("Service"), operated by Delta Sierra Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

D2C CRO provides conversion rate optimization analysis and recommendations for Shopify stores. Our Service includes automated store audits, issue detection, fix generation, and related tools designed to help improve your e-commerce conversion rates.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are subject to our guarantee policies as described on our pricing page

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Delta Sierra Holdings LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store data and content, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. Generated Code and Recommendations

The code fixes and recommendations generated by our Service are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing any changes to your store. We do not guarantee specific results from implementing our recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Sierra Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
